What's with this pretentiousness of employing hoity-toity terminology in mundane contexts? I'm reminded of the time when the homebrew club I used to belong to had a "vertical" tasting (a term traditionally associated with fine wines) of Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine Ale (an annual brew, for the sake of the uninitiated). Extending my pinkies as I type, Geoff -- "There is one evil which...should never be passed over in silence but be continually publicly attacked, and that is corruption of the language..." -- W.H. Auden
