Hi,
I have adobe acrobat 5.0 and office2000.
I have a "Convert to adobe PDF" icon in Word, but it stopped working.
It processes the document but stucks when it comes to the printing
stage. A printing folder error is then displayed:

"There was an error found when printing the document "Microsoft Word -
x.doc" to "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\*.pdf". Do you
want to retry or cancel the job?"

Any ideas?

I was having the same problem with Word 2000, Excel 2000, and Publisher
2000 -- XP Home Edition.

I uninstalled Acrobat 5.0.  Searched for any stray Acrobat 5.0
files--deleted them, rebooted, and reinstalled Acrobat 5.0, with Norton AV
disabled.  No updates have been installed.  It is my feeling that those
updates may have been the reason for my problems.

Reinstalling solved the problem.
