Good ol' Milwaukee, using Lake Michigan as their personal toilet
again. Exact repeat of last spring. Over 100 million gallons on 4
separate occasions last year. 21 million gallons this time.

Milwaukee - the habitual offender. More than 13 billion gallons of
untreated wastewater dumped into Lake Michigan since 1993, and
growing. Nice new baseball stadium for them, though. Lawsuit way
overdue, IMO.
