Anyway it falls under the jaybird logic that essentially means that cops are super human and the laws (including those of nature and physics in addition to those of man) don't apply to cops. Problem is, when their distraction causes a problem they have the power to blame the other driver. A cell-phone impaired cop turned left in front of me when I had right of way.... he had to do a u-turn and chase me down and huff-and-puff and right out a warning because I 'made a face at him' after stopping to avoid a collision.
