Along with even worse risks.  Like new owner (or someone else) 
does a hit-and-run accident.  Or successfully runs from the cops 
for some other reason.  Or uses the car for a drive-by shooting.

If YOU neglected to file the, "Release Of Liability" when selling 
the car, then YOU will find Constable Buttfuck on YOUR doorstep, 
with a drawn gun, at 3 AM the next morning.
