Well, the sanctions on South Africa weren't supported as good as many people
(especialy black people in South Africa) would think they should've been,
but at last South Africa begins moving! I'm sure they wouldn't even have
started moving if all world had said "Hey guys, fine thing your apartheid,
go on.".

Ok, that's a point, but that's a single case!
(Besides: If Bush had waited for that he could now say "We didn't attack
 them, they attacked us" ;-) )
