Realistically, there are two fundamental problems that exist in this now 
annoying thread.  The first abd foremost problem is the fact that the original 
poster of the message broke the golden rule of newsgroups which is to never 
cross post ANYTHING.  By doing this he has not addressed the significant 
issues unique to each group such as the _apparent_ language issue this 
capitaine fellow is going on about.

The second issue is that fact that capitaine seems to think that he can 
declare a newsgroup to be only a specific language, in this case french.  This 
is not true by any stretch.  If you go to a NG from Hungary or some other 
country you will still find some threads in other languages including english. 
 Your views are your own; nobody else has carried on the same way you have 
about the original message.  What is most troubling is the fact that the only 
thing the original message is guilty of doing is informing those that speak 
english, and not french, that his web page may not be of interest to him/her.  
I find it very little of you to take offense to such a minor thing.  
Your aggressive attitude will only serve to create a more unsettling 
atmosphere.  Why do you feel you need to do this?
