I must say i do agree with that first statement but the second one doesn't 
sound quite right to me. If there is a deeper problem in a relationship than 
intimacy wouldn't you rather resolve the issues and enjoy the experience 
together than just bare it alone? I know my boyfriend enjoys it much better if 
the experience is shared. I think that's the whole point of being in a 
relationship is to work together through the hard times and enjoy the rewards 
and goodtimes together. Don't waste potentially great opportunities because of 
selfish desires.
