When someone has more than they can possibly spend

Just who decides what that "more than they can possibly spend" limit
is, Ed? You? Bill? Hillary? GEPHARDT?

If the poor and the middle class have less spending power, the rich will not
make as much. Plain and simple.

I always get a kick out of the generalizations liberals use to keep
	things "plain and simple!"

The only theory that works in the real world. Trickle up.

When was the last time a poor man or woman "trickled up" a job to
anyone but those working in "programs" designed to keep them where
        they're at?

IMHO
