Specificly, the fact that one of the major draws of these services is that those who sign up are a) in the position to pay these high fees and b) serious enough about a relationship to bother. Clearly this does not necessarily apply to the women that receive these discounts. And yes I have heard the gold-digger stories too. So if men in the service assume they will be meeting only women at a certain professional level, they are not receiving the service they contracted for.
