You're not going to meet someone with a little class and quality if you think you've got a 2 minute limit to impress the heck out of her because she's going to move on to potentially greener pastures. If she *does* do that number.......what have you lost? A bimbette, no doubt that wasn't worth the effort to begin with. I also think that meeting someone that has the potential to develop into a relationship takes a little dedication too. If you're not comfortable in that situation, you need to work on it with a little dedication. Toughen up your spine, deal with whatever rejection comes your way and keep smiling. Sooner or later (hopefully sooner) you'll get more comfortable with it and things will click. Conversation will get easier, you won't get that dreaded two minute warning and you'll also be able to make a better call at who looks like someone you'd want to spend a little more time getting to know. In this way too, you approach the whole dating game in a more logical, constructive way....getting to know a person a little bit rather than an image. In a way, it's like public speaking.......there's not many of us that look forward to it. You just prepare as best you can, grit your teeth, smile and try and act comfortable. If you keep trying, you get better at it. It's just too bad that we don't have an equivalent to "Toastmasters".......like "Datemasters"! Just my 2 cents............
