Hi, Speedlink was my ISP when Inreach Internet Communications bought them out at the end of February. At the time I notified both Speedlink and Inreach via email that I was canceling my account. I also called Inreach customer support to say the same thing. I was told by Inreach that my account would be canceled. A couple of weeks ago I found out that Inreach had billed my credit card although I do not now have and never had an account with them. I thought this was pretty outrageous since I never authorized Inreach Internet Communications to make charges to my credit card. I called Inreach customer support and was told that their billing system had some kind of bug in it, and that there was only one person (Rita) who could credit my credit card for the charge, but of course she was unavailable. I asked if someone else could resolve this for me. I was told no. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of Rita via email, and she said the charge would be credited. As of today (5/16) not only was the charge not credited, but I received another charge to my credit card from Inreach! Is there any way to stop this unresponsive company from continuing to charge my credit card? (Besides canceling the card.) Is anyone else out there (perhaps ex-Speedlink members) having the same problem? If so, have you been able to get this resolved? I've dealt with Rita (rita@inreach.com, 1-800- 446-7322 ext 3) via email. I've also sent email to her boss (markw@inreach.com), but have received no response. Does anyone out there know who I should contact to get this resolved? I'd really appreciate any help/suggestions with this matter since it seems that Inreach doesn't give a damn. Thanks. Call your credit card company. All credit cards have a dispute service.

Yes, contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. They then take
it off and it's in inreach's hands to prove it shouldn't be taken off. And
make it clear to your credit card company that these are unauthorized charges.
Good luck!

Contact your credit card agency as soon as possible, on top of continuing contacts with Inreach, your credit card company will begin an investigation, give them al info you ask for.
