Comment : If the various infos are dispatched among different newsgroups
there will be less noise and hence more efficiency.
 Only the last messages are displayed on the server so that with 
specialized newsgroups there will less chance of having 
unanswered matters.

Logically, I am in favor of 
sci. chem. organic
sci. chem. inorganic
and others groups  being installed instead of sci.chem.misc
