CCD imager info

Does anybody know of a commercially available CCD imager that can do:

* full frame capture (i.e. non-interlaced video)
* electronic shutter speed

I am doing work in computer vision and I would need such a device to
capture still pictures of moving objects and hence the interlaced video
where half the frame is 1/60 secs appart is not satisfactory for my
application. If anybody knows of a CCD imager IC or video camera that can do the
following I would like to hear from you.

Thanks in advance.
