I am trying to locate recent research or publications in the area of language-task analysis. The purpose is to determine 1) whether an exportable oral proficiency test can be divised for foreign ESL students 2) what procedures or methods exist to measure how language skills relate to the ability to perform various tasks. If you know anything at all about this or know someone who might, please e-mail me directly at: richard@technology.com Many thanks! R. Murphy
