Of course Jesus is not saying it is immoral, is it. That's just a
catchall and you still have the problem of showing that Jesus thought it
was immoral.

You'll need to tell us exactly which commandment this is that Jesus was
endorseing and why you ignore the other commandments that were
supposedly given at the same time. Why do you not keep the Sabbath? Why
don't you keep kosher? Why don't you follow the rules given for worship?
Why, in short, do you reject all of the rules of Judaism, but keep a
handful to abuse those you do not like? The gospels tell us that Jesus
certainly condemned that attitude.
