Romans 1:18-31 are things that God did to man for idolatry.  Check out 
verse 26:

"Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women 
exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones."

PS- Romans 1:27 doesn't mention homosexuality.

PPS- Romans 1 was written by Paul, not Jesus.
