A position is immediately available for a postdoctoral fellow with 2 years experience in molecular biology. This laboratory specializes in the development and study of transgenic mouse and cell models for diabetic tissue complications. Experience with some or all of the following methods is preferred: Recombinant DNA methodology, cell culture, cell transfections/transductions, PCR, RT-PCR, Northern analyses and RNAse protection assays, Southern and Western analyses.
