That is illegal.  What you can't make illegal is someone entering *their
property*.  If they own 'your' home, then they can pretty much come and
go as they please, so long as that is in the contract you signed when
they agreed to let you use their property.

It doesn't.  He signed it.  It is a binding contract.

Well, *I* would suggest that since he signed the contract, he's
responsible for the provisions that he agreed to.  If they are
unacceptable to him, he should not have signed.

I would also suggest that perhaps anyone should avoid doing any business
with you, since you apparently don't believe in contract law.
