All other issues here aside, it is a fact that of the hottest nine years on
record, globally, they were all within the last 11 years. Global warming, all
politics aside, is a very real issue and a very real problem. But what can we
as citizens do about what is clearly the result of corporate influence, much
of it occurring outside the US, through such things as massive slash-and-burn
landclearing practices in third-world countries?
