Hey!  John, guess what?  I found something we can agree on.  Public schools
are going to perdition in a pushcart, and quickly.  This new buzzword, 
"Outcome-Based Education" is one that really scares me.  It sounds good,
doesn't it?  Catchy name.  Funny how the worst programs always have the
snazziest names.
