I am at a loss to understand what is going on at present.
Is it normal practice in all retail industries that customers have to resort
to legal action to receive a satisfactory result on problematic goods?
I have not heard of M&S or BHS being taken to small claims court for faulty
underware!
Is this industry particularly useless at customer relations or is it the
customers are more aggressive?

Why can't companies just refund & replace & then argue the toss with their
suppliers?
Arn't the suppliers customers of manufacturers etc. So why then do they
accept anything less than replacement or refund for faulty goods?
Are suppliers afraid that they will not be supplied with goods if they
complain?
There are enough manufacturers supplying basically the same product to be
able to find one with a customer care policy surely?

Chris.
