If you have walls and no roof, the wind is stopped so you feel warmer but the falling rain makes you wet and there will still be some wind. If you have a roof and walls where the walls are above the roof, you are still protected from the wind but wet. If the walls are beneath the roof, you are protected from the rain and the wind. Does this make the roof superior to the walls? I don't think so. It makes the two in harmony to each other. Women should lead a man by pulling him in the direction they want him to go. This requires a woman be much more subtle and indirect. We have made these qualities suspect in our cultures. We now raise women to be pseudo men. The feminist movement seems to do this more than others. The pseudo man female is rewarded with high position and power. In many cases she must be tougher than the men she is working and "competing" with. I do not think this is feminist. It is anti feminist. I do not, however, think women should be passive and blindly follow men. Their activism must be emptying a space in front of their man causing him to naturally go in the path of least resistance. This path is one she has chosen. He takes this path thinking and feeling he is the one leading. His wife obediently following behind adjusting his course. This style of managing a man is far more difficult than the standard, "You should do this" way of telling a man what you want. This art has been lost and degraded. The woman who does this is seen as weak or manipulative. If you think of men and women sexually and look at the construction of their sexual parts, it is easy to see the way they might work. A man has a cock. It swells up and is pushed into a woman. A woman has a pussy. It is an empty hole. It wants things pushed into it. Does the man put out his cock and a woman is there? Or does the woman open her legs and the man goes to the empty space. When a man "Makes the first move" hasn't he been subtly invited? Too much of the way people feel superior today is to degrade those around them. I call a man a nigger and I have made my whiteness better than his blackness. But do I do this because I am better or because I am sure I am not better. I am not worthy and have little self value. I raise myself by pushing down everything around me. I want to build a world where we raise ourselves and empower others. If I make another great, her greatness has come from me. I am the source of her greatness. When I have made someone great, do they turn their back on the source of their greatness? Truly powerful people reach back to the people who have helped them and raise them up. They raise them above them and are in turned raised up themselves. The process is called leapfrogging. It takes courage, trust and loyalty. The woman we seek would need to be college educated. This is a restriction placed on us by the Japanese government. I have met some great teachers who had not even finished high school and some college educated assholes. This woman would come and teach. Becoming part of our family. She would develop course materials, work on developing and entire program from start to finish in synergy with us and eventually manage this school. From here, we would hope to develop other schools with this woman being at the head of them. As to her sexuality, we are much less clear. We would prefer a person who was actively submissive and actively bisexual. I am interested in a woman who sees serving as an art form and wants to develop herself as a form of living art.
